APYTI sponsored its First Ayurvedic Cooking Intensive Showcase in October of 2009, with Ayurvedic chefs Michele Schulz, Ivy Amar, and Deva Kaur Khalsa joining Amadea for a full five days of cooking with active participants. We are grateful to Suzanne Barry for hosting us, and Asha Hunt for organizing the event. We are waiting to see when we can gather such a stellar crew again before we schedule our next one. It was wonderful. With much thanks to everyone who participated.
