Yogic first aid for mood

Saturday, June 6, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm:

Opening chant

Ayurveda: Understanding the relationship of the elements, the doshas, and the dhatus

Learning the three parts of chant

An Ayurvedic Polarity Yoga program to rejuvenate the tissues,
with Yoga Nidra

Specific bija mantras and their Ayurvedic energetics

Lunch break

A foundation for sacred sound: listening to the Sanskrit alphabet

Bija mantras for nourishing the dhatus
Learning the mantras with the asanas for the dhatus

Mantra for Prana, with sun salutation
(chair yoga option will also be presented)
