Course Description: Energetic Nutrition is a vegetarian approach to healing developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, the founder of Polarity Therapy. It is a required course in the American Polarity Therapy Association’s registered polarity practitioner training program. It can also be taken for continuing education credits, approved by the APTA.
This course compares and contrasts Polarity and Ayurvedic nutrition approaches and covers the most effective ways to learn and teach this material. It is a hands-on, experiential course. It is designed both for those who wish to fulfill their Energetic Nutrition requirement for their RPP and for those who would like to learn more about how to nourish themselves well.
9 sessions with 18 “in-class” hours plus 7 hours home study = 25 CEU hours total.
Cost: $495, includes:
- 17 audio CDs taught by Amadea Morningstar, MA, RPP, RPE, author of The Ayurvedic Guide to Polarity Therapy,
- 3 (one hour) tutorials by skype or phone with Amadea or other qualified APYTI staff
- handouts and homework sent electronically
- pH paper.
